HDS opened its 199th academic year on Thursday, August 28, 2014, with a keynote address, "The Matter of Religion and Theology." Dean David N. Hempton offered welcoming remarks and Professor Laura Nasrallah, MDiv candidate Barbara Schreur, and ThD candidate Tyler Schwaller, MDiv ’10, delivered the keynote address.
